Patient Information
At our veterinary hospital in Orléans, our goal is to make every visit a positive experience for our beloved patients and their dedicated owners.
What to Expect at Your Veterinary Visit
As a new client to our practice, you can expect our full dedication to the health of your pet. When you arrive you will be greeted warmly as we check you in. Knowing what to expect at your first appointment with us can help make the process more pleasant for both you and your companion.
1. Get Settled
Please arrive about 10 minutes early to fill out our New Patient Form. To save some time, you can complete the New Patient Form online in advance.
2. Veterinary Examination
Once you are checked in you will move into the exam room and our team will bring your dog or cat to our treatment room to be weighed.
A veterinarian will see you next to gather a complete history, examine your companion and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
3. Diagnosis & Treatment
Any recommended diagnostic tests and treatments will be performed in the treatment room in the back for the safety and comfort of your dog or cat.
After your visit, we will create a report of our diagnosis and your pet's treatment. We will keep this information on hand for whenever it is needed.
Our Pet Care Philosophy
At Gloucester Veterinary Hospital, we are committed to providing pets with the best veterinary care possible. We are passionate about animals, and will treat your cat or dog as if they were our own.
Our team aims to provide a warm, friendly, and inviting atmosphere. We often develop close relationships with our patients and their owners, so you can have faith that your pet will get the level of care they deserve.
